GotSport Guide

Everything coaches, managers, and parents need for WYSL travel soccer game day.

Printing Match Cards & Coach IDs

1

Set Home or Away Game Day Roster

Log into GotSport and navigate to Team Management > Matches. Select the WYSL Fall schedule, then click the 3 dots next to the game. Select Home Day Match Roster or Away Day Match Roster depending on your designation.

Select all attending players and any borrowed subs, then click Add to Match Day Roster.

Note: Absent players don’t need to be removed — just make sure you stay within the roster limits: 14 for U9/U10, 16 for U11/U12, 18 for U13/U14.

2

Print Match Card

From the Attending list, click “Photo Match Card” and print. The match card should include a QR code, player photos, and all coaches and players listed.

Alternate method: Go back to the 3 dots > Print Match Card, select Photo, click Export, and print.

3

Print Coach ID Cards (one-time)

Go to Team Management > select your team > Rosters. Select the WYSL team registration, then click Documents/IDs > ID Cards.

Print and cut along the perforation. Coaches should keep their ID cards for all games throughout the season.

Confirming Games

Several days before the game, contact the opposing team’s coach or manager via the GotSport chat feature to confirm game details.

2

Use GotSport Chat

Go to Team Management > Matches, select the WYSL schedule, and click the chat icon next to the upcoming game to start a conversation with the opposing team.

3
