Report NowLog into GotSport and navigate to Team Management > Matches. Select the WYSL Fall schedule, then click the 3 dots next to the game. Select Home Day Match Roster or Away Day Match Roster depending on your designation.
Select all attending players and any borrowed subs, then click Add to Match Day Roster.
Note: Absent players don’t need to be removed — just make sure you stay within the roster limits: 14 for U9/U10, 16 for U11/U12, 18 for U13/U14.
From the Attending list, click “Photo Match Card” and print. The match card should include a QR code, player photos, and all coaches and players listed.
Alternate method: Go back to the 3 dots > Print Match Card, select Photo, click Export, and print.
Go to Team Management > select your team > Rosters. Select the WYSL team registration, then click Documents/IDs > ID Cards.
Print and cut along the perforation. Coaches should keep their ID cards for all games throughout the season.
Several days before the game, contact the opposing team’s coach or manager via the GotSport chat feature to confirm game details.
Go to Team Management > Matches, select the WYSL schedule, and click the chat icon next to the upcoming game to start a conversation with the opposing team.
Confirm the game time, location, and uniform colors. If there is a jersey color conflict, the home team is responsible for switching to an alternate.
For home games played on school property, remind the opposing team that NO DOGS are allowed on school grounds. This is a district policy and must be communicated in advance.
Teams in the U9, U10, and U11 age groups can borrow players from another team in the same age group, any division.
Teams in the U12, U13, and U14 age groups can borrow from the same age group in a LOWER division, or from any team in the age group below.
Notify the Travel Director by Thursday before the game with the name(s) of the player(s) you need to borrow. The league processes substitute requests during the week.
Once approved, the borrowed player will appear on your GotSport roster for that specific game. Download your match card — borrowed players will be highlighted on the printout.
The league will not process substitute requests after Friday close of business. Referees will not allow any player onto the field who is not listed on the match card.
After each game, visit the score reporting page and enter your team PIN to submit the final result. Both teams should report scores promptly.
